As we’ve been experimenting with mobile calling options over the past three months I’ve personally benefitted. My cellphone bill was consistently $600+ / month, but it’s dropped to $190 this month. Still more than I’d like to pay, but keep in mind that as we’ve been getting Lypp ready I haven’t been able to use it for all my wireless calls. Now Lypp is ready I am using it for all my calls, and I don’t plan on giving the carrier another cent for wireless long distance any time soon. And that’s before I even get to group calling and conference calls…
It’s good timing, too, since Rogers, my carrier, has recently jacked up their long distance rates, just because they can.
